During the initial consultation, you can expect an hour long in-depth conversation of your overall health and any concerns or issues you may have. I will review your physical health and use in-house tests to help determine what areas in particular we will focus our attention.

Following your appointment and after reviewing your medical records, I will offer my best approach for you with your specific health concerns. These comprehensive programs include a number of recommendations and strategies for optimizing health, including: stress reduction, fitness training, dietary changes, chemical toxin avoidance, skin rejuvenation, nutrition optimization, and sleep improvement.
