Grit Cycle Promotes Wellness with Dr. Anita Wang

On Wednesday May, 1st cyclists at Grit Studio, Monarch Beach, were treated to a special guest visit from Dr. Anita Wang during their Wellness Wednesday series. On these select Wednesdays, Grit Cycle studios offers clients a chance to meet with various Wellness professionals from the area.
Spin Class + Complimentary Wellness Assessment
For the opportunity to meet with Dr. Wang, cyclists were invited to complete one of three 45-minute spin classes, enjoy a healthy fruit snack and then meet with Dr. Wang for a complimentary wellness assessment. The wellness assessment gives clients a better look at their heath from both an internal and external perspective,” stated Dr. Wang. I look at their pH and nitric oxide levels and from there I can help them assess and maintain their goals from a diet and nutrition perspective, “she continued.
Self Care on the Inside and Out
The classes were packed, and the lines wrapped around the studio. Spinners completed one of three classes and then met with Dr. Wang to complete their assessment. “Grit Cycle was so much fun that the 45-minute spin class flew by,” said one cyclist. “I loved then meeting with Dr. Wang to measure my internal health and fitness. It was the whole package – self-care on the inside and out!” To add to the fun, Dr. Anita Wang also raffled off several of her medical wellness or aesthetic services as prizes valued over $100 each to a few lucky participants.
About Dr. Anita Wang, MD
Outside of her work in the ER, Dr. Wang practices preventive medicine, anti-aging, and preventive aesthetics.
