Brain Health

While there isn’t a single definition of brain health, individuals with good brain health feel good, are mentally sharp, sleep well, and have healthy relationships with family and friends. When brain health is off it may look like memory issues, brain fog, headaches, problems with sleep, short temper, stress intolerance, and other symptoms. Coping with these symptoms can become a daily struggle, both physically and mentally. That can create a challenge for individuals to maintain an optimal well-being, and accelerate the aging process.

There are many diseases and conditions related to brain health, including:

  • Dementia
  • Alzheimer’s Disease
  • Parkinson’s
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • ADHD
  • Autism
  • Diabetes

Why Choose Us To Treat Your Brain Health?

Our mission is to help patients have a say in how they age so they can feel young and fit forever. We blend the best of western, eastern, lifestyle, naturopathy, wellness, and holistic practices. Our clinical director, Dr. Anita Wang, has extensive training and experience in all of them. Each has their strengths, and when those strengths are combined, Dr. Wang can help patients reach vitality and optimal health.

Reaching Vitality and Keeping It

When treating conditions related to brain health, our goal is to restore the patient to vitality—effectively managing the condition and helping the patient to feel young and fit forever.

However, vitality is not a one-time achievement; it requires consistent maintenance. Our patients become valued members of our practice, benefiting from flexible membership plans tailored to their specific needs. The frequency of appointments can be adjusted based on individual progress.

We Work Well With Your Doctors

Medicine is collaborative, and sharing information is essential for you to reach vitality. We like working with your doctors – your primary care doctor and any other specialists you use. We become another specialist on your care team.

How We Work With Patients To Treat Brain Health

Here’s how we work with all new patients:

  1. Discovery call. We’ll learn your health history and see if we’re a good fit to help you. We’ll send you forms to complete and ask that you send us lab results from prior visits with your doctor.
  2. Consultation appointment. We’ll review your forms, do a physical exam and testing. Then we’ll offer an initial assessment, and we’ll discuss additional testing if needed. If there is enough information for an initial treatment plan we’ll give you one, otherwise we will need to await the testing results. We’ll also discuss the options we offer to join our practice as a member.
  3. Diagnosis. If you decide to join our practice, we’ll review your results from the consultation appointment in detail, and then offer a more detailed diagnosis and treatment plan that we collaboratively develop, which includes follow up visits to our office.
  4. Treatment. We start. We track progress. We recommend. We monitor. We celebrate progress. We adjust as we need to.
